There is something that seems to happen to many of us as we get a little older… we also get a little more fearful. Call it “being wise” if you wish, there is a point where we stop taking risks.
I’m not talking about big risks like free climbing or deciding to become a professional gambler, I’m talking about little risks. Making changes to our diet, our lifestyle, our health, it can seem overwhelming.
The important thing to remember is that you have control. You can make choices that will change your life – for the better. You have all the willpower and skills you need already. What you might need is a little help or coaching to get you started.
But you have this. And remember, every single thing that was every accomplished in this world started with someone deciding to try. That’s the first step.
